John P. McGruder, DVM

Dr. John McGruder obtained his degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in 1973. He is known for his clinical skills and experience as well as his quiet, gentle manner with all of the animals in his care. Dr. McGruder founded Crestview in 1984.
David A. Sewell, DVM
Owner, Veterinarian
Dr. David Sewell is a native of Marietta and obtained his veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Sewell completed an additional year of training at Louisiana School of Veterinary Medicine. He co-owns Crestview Animal Hospital with Dr. McGruder and has special interests in internal medicine, oncology, dermatology and surgery. He has been with our practice at Crestview since June 2008.
Brennen A. C. Haezebrouck, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Brennen Haezebrouck is originally from Marietta, Georgia and obtained his veterinary degree from St. George's University. He completed his clinical training at Auburn University in June of 2011. Dr. Haezebrouck's veterinary interests include surgery, internal medicine, and sports medicine.
Trevi C. W. Yu, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Yu graduated in 2011 from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine and then worked at a rigorous referral practice for a year. Dr. Yu has spent the last three years practicing small animal medicine & performing surgeries. Dr Yu has a cat, enjoys indoor rock climbing, & taking care of your pets.
Staci S. Jules, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Jules is native of New Orleans and graduated from the Louisiana State School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She now resides in Roswell with her fiance, two cats, and one dog. Her medical interests include clinical pathology, dentistry, and dermatology. In her off time she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
Shannon K. Soafer, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Soafer is a Roswell native and graduated from Berry College in 2013. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.
After graduation, Dr. Soafer completed an internship at a general practice in Fort Worth, Texas.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Soafer enjoys a myriad of activities such as boating with her family, DIY succulent arrangements, and running long distance races with her Great Dane, Zeva.
Carmen M. Mancia, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Carmen Mancia was born in El Salvador and grew up in Lawrenceville, GA. She obtained her veterinary degree from St. George's University in 2017. Her veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, and exotics medicine.
She currently owns a Cocker Spaniel named “Leo" and a cat named “Luna". Dr. Mancia enjoys hiking, going to the beach and traveling.
Jessica Decker, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Jessica Decker was born and raised in Southern California. She obtained her veterinary degree from the University of California-Davis in 2012. After completing an internship in Phoenix, Az, she moved to the Southeast to practice Small Animal Medicine.
Her veterinary interests include Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Ultrasound.
She lives in Lumpkin County with her husband and four felines (Kurzon, Ezri, Melody Pond, and Rose Tyler).
